HeadStart is a week long induction scheme that supports Widening Participation (WP) / underrepresented students with their transition into Higher Education. HeadStart currently revolves around HeadStart Week which enables new incoming foundation and first year students to come to Brunel University London for the week before Week 0. The main aims of HeadStart are to familiarise themselves with the campus, making friends, preparing them for University, introducing them to the University support services and study skills required.
Students earn 20 BrunelPlus points for attending each HeadStart Activity.
